5 Hair Trends Fall 2015
You’ve just finished planning of what to do with your hair in summer and its already tie to start thinking about what to do come Fall when the holidays are over and life starts over again. You are in the right place, we want to tell you about 5 of the best hair trends to try this Fall. We have checked all the Fall Winter runways and declared some of hottest hairstyles and haircuts to experiment with.
#1 THE CUT: Pixie Cut
It has a short name, but its history is long and glorious. It has been the favourite haircut of some of the most famous actress and celebrities throughout the years. From Audrey Hepburn to Twiggy, passing by Winona Rider and Gwyneth Paltrow in the 90ies, and Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, Michelle Williams, Anne Hathaway and many others in the 00ies. But, while the pixie may seem like an easy wash-and-go cut, it’s not a style that will suit everyone. You have to know your face shape and understand if it’s ok or not for you, seek someone who is specialized in pixie cuts and don’t be scared of the awkward stages, the grow out period will allow you to experience different lengths that you would have never tried before.
#2 THE COLOR: Bronde
One of the first brondettes is Gisele Bundchen, she made the colour popular in 2007 and introduced the trend to many natural brunettes that went bronde, but also blondes who chose tp go a bit darker. Now, the hair color technique is more sophisticated and it aims to looking lighter without seeming you’re trying to be the blonde that you’re not. The secret is to not have too much contrast between the roots and the highlighted ends, the final effect must be natural and glamorous. The best of this haircolor is that it’s not an exact color, so you have the freedom to completely customize the shade for your hair and skin tone.
#3 THE STYLING: Deconstructed chignon
On the Dolce&Gabbana catwalk we have admired the deconstructed chignons. There was volume on top, but the bun was deliberately flattened. This looks takes just a few minutes for a really glam and seductive result, because it gives prominence to neck and shoulders. You don’t need too much length to make a knot and you can simply fix it with bobby pins or decorate it with flowers or brooches.
#4 THE STYLING: To one side
The side part becomes a glamorous trend for hair this Fall. Whether your hair is wavy or flat, the side part will give it the right amount of volume and movement. If you desire more volume try some specific product or use an iron for a wavy posh effect.
#5 THE ACCESSORY: Heirloom brooches
Borrowed from grandmas’ and mothers’ jewellery boxes, the Dolce&Gabbana Fall Winter 2015-2016’s catwalk hair is a triumph of jewelled brooches. They are not just an optional on dresses or coat, they become a new jewel for hair. Dolce&Gabbana lent this accessory a new and modern interpretation without losing its timeless charm. Use brooches to adorn the deconstructed chignon we mentioned before, or to fix side-parted hair.
